Collection of personal data
Extrapack Ltd. carries out business operations exclusively with business customers and suppliers. The collection of personal data of individuals is minimized. There is no need to enter names in the forms of our site, and when you enter an email or phone, we prefer to specify your business-contact details.

Storing your data
Your data is stored in a reliable ERP system on servers located on the territory of the European Union. The data relating to contractual relations are kept for the time until their completion, as well as for the time required for the law to keep a record of business operations.

Share your data with third parties
In order to provide you with our services, we sometimes need to share your data with third parties, for example:

  • Banks and payment systems through which we make or receive payments from individuals
  • Courier, transport and forwarding companies, sub-contractors of our logistics operations
  • Accounting and auditing firms performing their duties receive access to our records
  • Affiliated and affiliated companies representing our business group with whom we share information about customers and suppliers when they participate in our trading operations.
